Many of our clients use Gravity Forms as a way for their customers to contact them. They also use them for applications without secure questions, email newsletter sign-ups, contests and giveaways, and access to downloads. Gravity Forms sends notifications to your email as well as stores them in your WordPress site for ease of access to submissions.

  • Running a contest and only want to accept 50 entries? Easily limit how many entries a form will accept and display a custom message when that limit is reached.

Schedule Forms

  • Only want a form available for a limited period of time? Set a start and end date to limit form access and display a custom message when the form has expired.

Conditional Logic

  • Conditional Logic allows you to configure your form to show or hide fields, sections, pages or even the submit button based on user selections. This allows you to easily control what information your user is asked to provide on your WordPress powered site and tailor the form specifically to their needs

Entry Management

  • Gravity Forms stores all form entries in your WordPress database and makes them easily accessible via the WordPress Dashboard. You can view, edit and annotate entries from within the Gravity Forms Entry Manager.

Notifications

  • Easily configure notification emails that are sent when a form is submitted. Quickly respond to users filling out your form with a User notification that acts as an auto-responder thanking them for them submission.
    • Email Notifications: Configure as many email notifications as you would like to be sent when a form is submitted. Use the build in routing option route the email to a specific member of your team based on form selections.
    • Conditional Logic: Apply conditional logic to email notifications to only send the email notification when certain criteria have been met when the form is submitted.
    • Merge Fields: Quickly and easily insert form data into your notification emails using the insert form field drop down to generate a merge field variable.
